Aquamate Rainwater Tanks Aquamate was established in 1986 to repair leaking concrete
tanks.

The concrete tanks were failing due to a variety of reasons
including, natural ground movement, poor workmanship or lack of
correct materials available during installation. A solution to these
problems was found in 1986 when Aquamate installed its first kit
form polymer lined steel tank. The tank was easily transported to
site, constructed in a day in most cases and remained impervious
to any natu

ral ground movement. Today, Aquamate supply and
install polymer lined steel tanks across Australia and around the
world through an accredited dealer network and has established
itself as a leader in providing large volume water storage systems.

This week our team commissioned this 800kL Aquamate Fire Water Storage Tank less than 10kms from our facility in San Marcos Texas.

The team will be commissioning 2 more of these tanks at the same location this month, which will no doubt be a welcome change from the constant travel and stays in hotel rooms normally associated with large volume water tank commissioning.

The liner materials available at the time this tank was originally installed were not as good as the materials we use today so this customer can expect a lot more life from this tank once we’ve installed the new liner.
