We’re proud to celebrate two of our team members who have been accepted into the CO₂ Scholarship Program at the Beijer Ref Academy, supported by the Kirby Apprentice Fund.
Lachlan, from our SA Team, and Jarrad, from our NT Team, will now have the opportunity to further develop their expertise in CO₂ refrigeration systems, gaining hands-on training that will support both their professional growth and our industry’s shift towards more sustainable refrigeration solutions.
At Sims Refrigeration, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of talent and investing in opportunities that build long-term skills for our people and the industry.
A big thank you to the and the for making this fantastic program possible. 🙌
Thanks to the Kirby Apprentice Fund, another selection of 4th-year apprentices will undergo certified training at the Beijer Ref Academy this September.
We also acknowledge and congratulate the participating employers for their additional investment of time and resources beyond the scholarship coverage.
