We’re proud of our apprentices Jarrad and Lachlan for completing the Kirby Apprentice Fund CO₂ Training Scholarship (Round 6) at the Beijer Ref Academy.

This nationally recognised training builds critical CO₂ safety and service skills, helping prepare the next generation of HVACR professionals.

We’re proud to celebrate two of our team members who have been accepted into the CO₂ Scholarship Program at the Beijer Ref Academy, supported by the Kirby Apprentice Fund.

Lachlan, from our SA Team, and Jarrad, from our NT Team, will now have the opportunity to further develop their expertise in CO₂ refrigeration systems, gaining hands-on training that will support both their professional growth and our industry’s shift towards more sustainable refrigeration solutions.

At Sims Refrigeration, we’re committed to supporting the next generation of talent and investing in opportunities that build long-term skills for our people and the industry.
