NEW STORY | They switched the nitrogen off. The difference? 0.5t/ha.

At Yerritup Creek Farms, Kirk Whiting saw a 0.5t/ha yield difference between canola that received Flexi-N at seeding and a strip where it was switched off.

Across 10,000 hectares, liquid application is also helping manage manganese deficiencies and keep seeding running smoothly around the clock.

The first bulk shipment of EASY N® liquid nitrogen fertiliser has arrived at Port of Portland Victoria, with the Chem Stellar delivering 5,000 tonnes of UAN from the United States.

The shipment is part of Incitec Pivot’s $5 million investment to expand EASY N® storage capacity across southern Australia, helping provide greater supply flexibility ahead of the peak nitrogen application season.

Once the Portland Primary Distribution Centre’s outloading infrastructure is complete, it will provide a new regional dispatch point for EASY N® through our established dealer network.

Incitec Pivot Chief Operating Officer Scott Bowman explains, the shipment is part of our broader investment in strengthening the resilience and flexibility of our nitrogen supply chain.
