GT Auto Spares is an exotic and high performance dismantler. We currently have a full time position available for a fully qualified mechanic ideally with European vehicle experience.
If you're tired of servicing or repairing and reinstalling parts this could be for you! No reassembly required!
Dealing with high end European supercars and Japanese performance vehicles such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, , McLaren, Maserati, Aston Martin, Porsche, Mercedes Benz Nissan GTR, Subaru STi and Tesla this is not a standard dismantling operation. The work environment is fully indoors with a clean professional standard. The role is Mon-Fri 9-5.
Requirements
Mechanical trade qualification
Engine, transmission, full car dismantling experience
Minor auto electrical knowledge
Punctual, reliable and strong work ethic
Be able to work unsupervised
Good at problem solving
Competent use of forklift
Tasks
Dismantling of whole vehicles and half cuts
Engine removals
Inspection and testing of parts
Cleaning of parts
Minor mechanical work
Packaging of fragile parts for dispatch
Answering phones and parts interpreting
Customer relations
This is a very unique position dealing with a niche product so we are seeking the best of the best. Experience is a must!
