We're pleased to announce that DiveTek is moving to a new facility! As we continue to grow, we've now outgrown our current office. This move will allow for more room for inventory and a more efficient space for our workshop.

We are also excited to share that we will be able to offer air fills at the new site and a greater range of stocked products.

This week, we upgraded a valued Super Yacht customer to a new Nitrox Membrane Module.

Low pressure, high volume clean air from the ships 15kW screw compressor supplies more than enough air for the DiveTek membrane to do its job!

MY Umbra is a wonderful vessel made by Damen in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 2010.

It was a very busy four days at Uepi Island Resort in the Solomon Islands, with a complete remodel of the gas management system.

The boys at Uepi built a brand new compressor room for their two Bauer PE units.

One PE got a full birthday after 21544 hrs. of service, and the other had a minor service.

An interim single bank panel was hung, with associated pipe runs, and will be upgraded to a three-bank panel at a later date.

The hospitality shown to DiveTek by the Kelly family and their staff is second to none.

Although I didn’t get to go for a dive due to workload, this place is another world….. gin clear viz, all manor of critters, great and small, right off the dive shop landing, mantas, etc etc.

Now it’s time to go home!

Back to the factory to sort out the next week's trip to Perth.🧳

It was an absolute pleasure traveling to the very remote Cocos and Keeling Islands!

Dieter at Cocos Dive brought us out to marry a few purchases he has made.

Studiously searching for the right components and patiently waiting until all units were available, Dieter now has a fully functional Nitrox and Air Gas Management System to ensure great quality breathing gas to his visiting divers, which keeps them safe and happy

Some DiveTek customers will recognise some of the components, and this is a testament that even pre-loved equipment is of the highest quality and will live on with another operator.

On the diving front…. Dieter took me for a dive!!! (not lying)

OMG !!!! 30 mt plus viz…. warm water…. lunch is on the amazing direction island and is a fantastic host and knows the total history of this place (he's been here 36 years) and is informative as a billy o.

So, get here on your next dive trip, you will NOT be disappointed …and…

A unique opportunity is available to work in a growing business that deals within the breathing air industry.

Working in a fully equipped engineering workshop, you will be assisting in repair, fabrication, and on-site breakdown duties.

We carry out works on super yachts, scuba diving facilities, paintball, government, and defence.

The suitable candidate must have the following attributes:

Manual Class C Driver's Licence
Be proficient in workshop tools, machinery, and hand tools
Be able to weld (MIG, TIG, and Stick) (desirable but not essential)
A trade certificate is highly favoured.
Have a very good understanding of PPE, safety procedures, and workplace health and safety
Have a good telephone manner and answer the phone when on site
Be able to work unsupervised when required
Have a good understanding of mechanical principles
Be prepared to be a general assistant and perform ad hoc duties
