Coming soon to a suspension workshop near you!

This has been on the cards for a while now and I'm excited to show you our suspension dyno. With the exception of the screws and a 6mm dowel pin used to mount the adapters, this is 100% manufactured in our workshop in Aberdeen, Scotland 🇬🇧

Hand dynos are essential in the suspension workshop to verify everything has been assembled correctly and that all adjustments are functioning before shipping the shock out to your customer helping to make sure the customer is always happy and you're not having to waste time rebuilding shocks.

Coming soon to the website but if you're interested now drop me a PM!

1 TPI threading! 😳

Didn't think that was going to clear! The retaining bolt on my old slitting saw was quite chunky so I picked up this new one from that comes with a more sensibly designed low profile bolt.

Something new I've been working on! Can you guess what it is yet?

Instant visibility when the doors open and the workshop is a much more pleasant place to work in!

Taking the scale off of some stock so I can get a better hold in the CNC!

Small diameter soft jaws always make me nervous! Would have preferred to run a smaller bar but the stick out to clear the bring ring would have given a poor finish on the jaws!

Love these Sandvik inserts for roughing steels. They thrive on higher cutting speeds which really helps when turning larger diameters on a small machine.

Some of my favourite inserts! The Sandvik CCMT's are the best I've found for steels but the ZCC's are excellent on stainless - I've tried a few that have matched their performance but at almost double the cost the ZCC's are a no brainer!

For finishing I was lucky enough to be given a selection of Seco inserts to try but I've now settled on these. Same insert for steels and Stainless with excellent chip breaking on both. Plus they can be run at fairly high cutting speeds which gives a flawless finish! 265 m / min on stainless and 450 m / min on steels! 💪
