Tekt Industries developed the App and Cloud systems for Fliteboards award winning Electric Hydrofoil surfboard as part of a Turnkey Product development engagement.

Tekt helped to develop ALL the software and electronics hardware in this amazing product as part of getting the technology off the ground and much of todays commercial success can be attributed to world class design and engineering throughout, developed right here in Australia.

Tekt worked closely with the Fliteboard team including the visionary David Trewern, a seasoned design and marketing guru himself, and the inventor of this amazing technolology.

David's vision was to great an app that supported the best user experience for the product and Tekt executed this vision as it evolved into a tool for engaging a global community of Fliteboard pro and hobbist riders.

After 6 years in Abbotsford, Tekt Industries has moved to Melbourne CBD and is now located at,

Level 2, Elizabeth Street, Melbourne 3000, AU

We occupy a whole level of this great new location and are focused on improving access to emdedded design consultancy, with ready access from all forms of public transport.

The new facility has a combination of meeting rooms, workshop, and office space dedicated to embedded product design and smart product development for the medical, industrial, consumer, and defence industries.
