🏃‍♀️ A great start to the 7th European IRPA Congress in Liverpool!

Polimaster team joined fellow delegates for the 5K Fun Run along the River Mersey before the congress officially opened. As a bonus, our PoliSimeter successfully completed some early-morning field testing while riding in a pocket. 😄

Last week Polimaster hosted specialists from the Radiacinės saugos centras together with experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
The visit took place within the framework of the IAEA's Integrated Regulatory Review Service (IRRS) mission in Lithuania, during which international experts assess the effectiveness of the national regulatory framework and the work of competent authorities responsible for radiation and nuclear safety oversight.
We are proud that Polimaster Europe was selected as one of the organizations where an RSC inspection was conducted under the observation of IAEA experts. Following the inspection, the IAEA team held a separate meeting with our representatives to gather independent feedback on our experience with regulatory oversight and cooperation with the Radiacinės saugos centras.
We would like to thank both the Radiacinės saugos centras and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) experts for the visit and the valuable discussions. International review missions such as IRRS contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory practices and strengthen confidence in radiation safety systems at both national and international levels.

We would also like to congratulate our colleague Valiantsin Zubarau, who this year became a member of the Stakeholder Group of the European Metrology Network for Radiation Protection (EMN RP) established by EURAMET - The European Association of National Metrology Institutes – an important professional achievement and recognition of his expertise in the field of radiation dosimetry and metrology.

Polimaster has received the calibration certificate for our dosimetric facility following scheduled maintenance, including recapsulation and replacement of radiation sources. 🎉
We’d like to take a moment to thank everyone involved in this multi-month project, bringing together international partners and strict regulatory work:
