A stationary sawing unit with individually configurable roller table lengths for cross-cutting packages of sawn timber, chipboard, gypsum boards and many other materials.
Its innovative vertical cutting motion allows the guide bar to enter the package smoothly at a slight angle, reducing vibration and ensuring a highly stable cutting process – even with poorly battened packages.
The open kerf prevents the chain from being pinched during cutting, increasing process reliability and extending the service life of the cutting equipment.
A massive machine frame, double precision guidance and pneumatic chain tensioning enable cutting accuracy of up to ±1 mm. At the same time, the vertical cutting concept allows the use of a shorter guide bar and chain, reducing operating costs while maintaining maximum performance.
