🏗️ Major project in Culemborg: Automated panel storage across three levels!

An impressive installation is taking shape at LF Group in the Netherlands: We are building two separate CSF Industrial panel storage systems designed to handle panel storage, retrieval and order picking fully automatically.

📐 The key facts:
🔸 Three storage levels per system, with twelve manipulators in total
🔸 System lengths of 61.2 and 68.5 metres, standing almost nine metres tall
🔸 Automatic strapping and labelling of completed panel stacks

⚙️ For Dutch panel distributor LF Group, whose range includes EGGER products, the installation will provide an automated material flow from storage through to assembled and labelled panel stacks. The three-level design also makes use of the building’s height for storage.

📸 Installation is progressing – here are a few recent impressions from the site. Stay tuned for further updates!
