Nous avons eu le plaisir d’accueillir Xavier ODO, conseiller de la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, au sein de notre site de production à Corbas.

Cette visite s’inscrit dans le cadre de notre projet de relocalisation de vannes à guillotine en inox.

Elle a été l’occasion de présenter :
• l’évolution de notre outil industriel
• les investissements engagés
• notre volonté de renforcer durablement notre ancrage en France 🏭

Un projet concret.
Une dynamique territoriale.
Une ambition sur le long terme.

We had the pleasure of welcoming Xavier ODO, Regional Councillor of the Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, to our production site in Corbas.

This visit was part of our project to relocate the production of stainless steel knife gate valves.

It provided an opportunity to highlight:
• the evolution of our manufacturing facilities
• the investments made
• our commitment to strengthening our industrial presence in France 🏭

A concrete project.
A strong local dynamic.
A long-term ambition.

At our manufacturing plant in Corbas (France), our teams have completed the preparation of a DN200 (8″) Class 300 gate valve (up to 50 bar)… 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗽: 𝗠𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗰𝗼! 🇲🇽
 
At a natural gas pressure-reducing station, our client wanted to replace an existing manual valve with a motorised valve in order to enable automated control of the installation.
 
To meet this requirement, the valve features a carbon steel body (A216 WCB), ensuring strength and durability. It is equipped with an AUMA Group multi-turn ATEX actuator (SAEX), an ACEX control unit, and a 4–20 mA position feedback system. The actuator’s electrical supply (110–120V ⚡, single-phase, 60Hz) complies with the requirements of the Mexican market.
 
📦 Before shipment, the product underwent rigorous testing and inspections, along with the necessary certifications to guarantee its quality and compliance.
 
This project perfectly illustrates 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 and our ability to deliver reliable, tailor-made technical solutions adapted to the specific needs of our international clients. 🌍

En tant que conseiller régional, j’ai eu le plaisir de découvrir cette entreprise industrielle que la Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes accompagne dans la relocalisation de sa production. 🇫🇷

Une ambition claire : produire en France, avec exigence et performance.

TECOFI conçoit et fabrique notamment des vannes et valves industrielles, dont des vannes papillon et guillotine, essentielles à la maîtrise et à la sécurisation des réseaux.

TECOFI, c’est aujourd’hui :
• du matériel industriel de haute qualité
• 70 % de la production exportée

We are proud to present a supply of 110kW pump sets for a major irrigation in Albania!
Each set is entirely manufactured by SAER and includes:

250-315 side suction pump
Lightweight and rigid base plate, FEM optimised
110 kW motor - IE4, high efficiency

Technical characteristics:
Max flow 491 m³/h
Max head 47.9 m

SAER produces its own electric motors up to 132 kW, guaranteeing high quality and performance.
