We’re expanding and looking for qualified, driven individuals to fill the following positions:

🔧 Spare Parts Clerk
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 CXC passes (must include Mathematics, English & IT)
At least 1–2 years experience in parts, inventory, sales or a similar role
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, inventory systems is an asset)
Strong organizational and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🛠️ Spare Parts Supervisor
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 CXC passes (must include Mathematics, English & IT)
Minimum 2 years experience in parts / inventory management
Proven supervisory or leadership experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience in construction, heavy equipment, or automotive parts is a strong asset

RESURRECTION 🐊 🇦🇬

We managed to resurrect this gem over in our sister isle, requiring extensive wiring and some extra know how. Many were doubtful but we gave our word we would get it going, so here we go. This machine had been sabotaged with parts of the main wiring harness cut out over 5 years ago and it was left to sit. The machine was originally donated for the clean up efforts to shred the waste from the devastation of hurricane Irma in Barbuda.

At CPR will always go the extra mile for our customers, especially for one that we have worked in one way or another for nearly 40 years. That's the difference we bring to the table. Expertise, honesty, and dedication. We may not have supplied the machine, but through our network of contacts, we managed to get all the information needed to get it back to business.

So the beast is moving again and once started we have the majority of the machine hydraulic functions back online. Our next trip over will be to finalize getting all functions online, fixing the final bits of wiring and doing some operational training with the team at the Barbuda Council Public Works, bright and early in 2026.
