Introduction
BSCRC stands for Baba Saifi Construction & Raod Company which is a private LTD licensed non-governmental organization established in 28/02/2015. The main objective is to participate in the rehabilitation and construction process of Afghanistan to secure the operation of relief and rehabilitation activities in Afghanistan through direct cooperation with the government and donors. BSCRC

has enough qualified technical experienced staff who will implement the projects with internationally accepted standards and norms. The President of BSCRC is Aimal saifi who has got his degree in civil engineering the President has seven years experience in the said field, engineering software and has worked with many organizations in the past. The President has adequate ability of leading, directing, controlling and managing all BSCRC related activities in the field as well as in the office. The vice President of BSCRC is Haqmal Saifi who has got his degree in civil engineering the vice President has four years experience in the said field, engineering software and has worked with AABCEC and ABCRC in the past. The vice President has adequate ability of leading, directing, controlling and managing all BSCRC related activities in the field as well as in the office. BSCRC under the government license due to having qualified staff, tools and equipment's and machinery, they succeed to got license No D-69875 dated/02/2015, which was approved by the ministry of mine and industry through AISA.
