Asphalt calculations 📝✏️📝

☑️ محاسبات قیر جهت آسفالت راهسازی:

1️⃣ در هر تن آسفالت 50 کیلوگرم قیر مورد استفاده قرار میگیرد.

2️⃣ با در نظر گرفتن 2300 کیلوگرم قیر در هر متر مکعب آسفالت، در هر متر مکعب حدود 112 کیلوگرم قیر وجود دارد.

3️⃣ هر متر مکعب آسفالت با ضخامت 5 سانتی متر(دو اینچ) زمینی را به مساحت حدود 20 متر مربع پوشش میدهد که به معنی حدود 5.5 کیلوگرم قیر در هر متر مربع آسفالت به ضخامت 5 سانتیمتر میباشد.

4️⃣ هر متر مربع آسفالت به ضخامت 5 سانت 115 کیلو گرم وزن دارد.

5️⃣ قبل از آسفالت ریزی باید پریمکت انجام داد که قیر پاش جهت پریمکت از قرار هر متر مربع 1250 گرم قیر پخش می کند.

6⃣ میزان قیر برای (اساس قیری ) 0.9 کیلوگرم، آستر (بیندر) 1.1 کیلوگرم، رویه (توپکا) 1.2 کیلوگرم، برای آسفالت سرد (ردمیکس) در محل 0.9 کیلوگرم لازم است

1. Compaction 90-100%
2. Non - PI
3. Gradation required according to the type of road.
4. It can be produced from Natural barrows or crushed-plant
