Presently our factory product line is two One Green Marble and White Marble. Our factory is new and we will introduce these products for the first time to the market. After the marketing research we have felt that our both product
(Green Marble and White Marble) were demanded product in Nangarhar and Kabul province. It is our factory target and mission that we will introduce a good quality product to the market which will satisfy every consumer. We have about five (5) years experience for the production of this Product. In 2001 we both Azizullah and Mohammad Hassan were working in a small factory of Marble and Granite as employees up to 2004. Now also we have prepared some experience and skill persons for this kind of production. It is our factory commitment that we will introduce good quality products.
2.3 Company History
Our factory is new and we will produce in the beginning two kinds of product like our product line is (Green Marble and White Marble) we not have any historical background. All documentation, and rules regulation for the establishment of ours factory are under the process there for we cannot determine exact date for establishment of this factory. When we inaugurate our factory so then we will make complete history.but in the future we have intention that we will make a big image of the factory.

Our factory is situated on Ring Road Shekh Mesry Industrial zone no 6 street 2 house no (2)it is our factory target that we will provides more facilities to the consumers like good quality product, low price product, discount to customer. In future. It is also our factory mission and facilities for the consumer that our products will be available recently in other province of Afghanistan.
2.5 Management Team Background
Factory owners Haji Abdul Wali is the chairman of this factory and currently manage the daily operation like quality control, dealing preparing financial reports etc. Khan Wazir is the voice president of the factory who also work for this factory as a marketing manager and responsible for sales, making advertisement etc. Azizullah Allamy is the supervisor of the factory who cheek the working efficiency and miss take of the employees and also guide all the employees of the factory.

3.1 Size of the Business
Our business is a small business we newly enter to the market for investment and it is the initial capital to run this factory.

We will use new technology at our factory. We will bring all machinery from Different Countries which has a good quality.

We have intention for future that we will introduce some new Design Marble to the market like Afghan Green, Afghan White etc. Production Plan

We start a new business so it is difficult to estimate the production level for the next or coming year we will increase the production level on the base of marketing because without a good marketing we cannot estimate the production level.
