π Senior Sales Executive β Trucks & Trailer Spare Parts (UAE & GCC)
π Location: UAE (Dubai/Sharjah preferred)
π Experience Required: 5β10 years in truck/trailer spare parts sales
π License: Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
π§ Key Responsibilities
β’ Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the spare parts business across UAE and GCC.
β’ Identify and acquire new B2B accounts, especially in logistics, fleet operators, and heavy vehicle workshops.
β’ Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
β’ Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
β’ Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to close high-value deals.
β’ Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of parts.
β’ Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients regarding truck and trailer components.
β’ Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
π§ Required Skills & Qualifications
β’ Proven track record in selling genuine and aftermarket truck/trailer spare parts (e.g., Volvo, Mercedes, Iveco, MAN).
β’ Strong network of contacts in the GCC commercial vehicle sector.
β’ Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
β’ Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
β’ Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and CRM tools.
β’ Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
π― Preferred Candidate Profile
β’ Minimum 5 years of front-line sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry.
β’ Experience in export sales or cross-border account management within the GCC.
β’ Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
β’ Willingness to travel across the GCC as needed.
