What happens when founders, design leaders and researchers in the industry gather under one roof to imagine the spaces we will inhabit tomorrow?
The New Habitat 27/28 arrived at the APE Grupo Middle East showroom, bringing together a curated community of founders, directors, senior architects, interior designers, researchers and creative professionals for an evening rooted in insight, dialogue and connection.
Pepa Casado of Futurea presented the key findings from the sixth edition of The New Habitat—our annual trends report exploring how wellbeing, artificial intelligence, sustainability and evolving human needs are reshaping the spaces in which we live, work and connect.

shared their perspectives during a panel discussion moderated by Harsha Kotak, founder of WOD- Women In office Design , with Siddharth Peters of Love That Design hosting the evening.
Beyond the presentation, the showroom came alive with thoughtful debate, exchanged perspectives, new introductions, genuine smiles and plenty of laughter—bringing the report’s themes to life through the people helping shape the future of architecture and design.
