New Project Award: 31,000 m2

Proposed G+M Light Industrial Building – Aviation City, Dubai South

EBS is pleased to announce the award of the Design, Fabrication, and Er****on of the Steel Structure Works for the Proposed G+M Light Industrial Building at Aviation City, Dubai South.

The project comprises a total built-up area of 31,000 sqm, including 10,000 sqm of mezzanine floor area, and will support the continued growth of Dubai South as a leading industrial and logistics hub.

In collaboration with Dar Al Wudouh Opticals, an eye screening campaign was conducted for EBS employees who wished to have their eyes checked.

Employees received professional eye examinations, and those requiring corrective eyewear were advised accordingly. Complimentary frames were also provided as part of this initiative to support employee wellbeing and eye health. 👓✨
