🔧 WE’RE HIRING: WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Dobinsons Spring & Suspension is looking for an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Factory Outlet team in Ras Al Khor, Dubai.
As a premium suspension brand, we are looking for a strong leader who can raise our workshop’s service standards, workmanship quality and overall customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
• Supervise daily workshop operations and workflow
• Plan and maintain vehicle service and installation schedules
• Allocate jobs and monitor the workshop team’s performance
• Maintain consistently high standards of workmanship, service and safety
• Ensure all suspension installations meet Dobinsons’ premium quality standards
• Inspect and approve completed work before vehicle delivery
• Identify technical issues and provide effective, practical solutions
• Report workshop issues, job progress and recommended improvements to management
• Ensure tools, equipment and workshop areas are properly maintained
• Train and guide technicians to continuously improve work quality
• Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects our premium brand
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC workshop experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with 4x4 vehicles
• Strong technical knowledge of suspension systems and setups
• Strong knowledge of 4x4 components and vehicle parts
• Proven workshop supervision and team-management experience
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Fluent English is mandatory
• Strong planning, communication and reporting skills
• Ability to perform efficiently in a busy workshop environment
• UAE driving licence is preferred
