This custom café counter, designed by BONE , engineered and manufactured by Metal Fabrik in aged copper, has become the center stage of The Eatery at Paus Paus; Wellness + Community .

With a fully integrated system engineered to support seamless operations across daily service, this custom café counter is built with the precise structure and dimensions to accommodate multiple employees within, and customers around, the counter, ensuring smooth task flow and engagement, even during peak hours.

Dedicated zones for POS, pastry display, coffee and tea prep, and wash-up are positioned to keep staff moving without crossing paths, while the aged copper finish holds up to constant use without losing its character.
Every detail, from layout to finish, is built around one goal: keeping service fast, staff efficient, and the counter looking as good on a busy Saturday as it did on day one.

Designed by and installed at The Eatery at Paus ( ), Dubai, this custom café counter features an aged copper finish with a sanded top coat and utilizes metal throughout the entire structure. Behind its clean and minimal appearance lies a fully integrated system engineered to support seamless daily operations.
