The Company has invested heavily in re-processing units and storage terminals. The re-processing plant use state-of-the-art vacuum distillation technology to re-refine used and waste oils. The latest vacuum distillation process and the solvent treatment cracker design are environmentally friendly and highly efficient which can handle a wide range of industrial-use oils. In order to strengthen and support the trading arm, the company has invested heavily in re-processing units and storage terminals. The re-processing plant uses state-of-the-art vacuum distillation technology to re-refine used and waste oils. The latest vacuum distillation process and the solvent treatment cracker design uses an environment-friendly and highly efficient process that can handle a wide range of industrial-use oils. Industrial used oils are sourced from the GCC market and are transported to the terminals in UAE and KSA. Innova Refining & Trading FZE is using its own and third-party re-processing facilities for the refining process. The finished products and feedstocks are further transported to the clients via ISO tanks, road tankers, and ships. Green Spring Terminal
Situated in Hamriya FZE, Sharjah – UAE with an area of 42,000 Sqmtr, AED 150 million worth Green Spring terminal is fully owned by Innova Refining & Trading FZE. The terminal has a storage facility of 40,000 CBM and can store 10 different grades of products. The terminal is also equipped with a Jetty facility with a draft of more than 7 meters which allows medium-range tankers to berth for bulk volume loading / offloading. Currently, this terminal is undergoing major expansion works and a refinery facility that will run on the latest distillation process will be added to this facility to meet the growing demand from the company’s trading arm. Salient Features of Green Spring Terminal
The facility is designed to refine used and waste black oil to manufacture base oil, mineral oils, diesel and fuel oils, etc. Processing capacity of approximately 2500 MT raw material per day (considering 24 x7 Hrs operations)
Zero waste plant. Green Springs's commitment to the environment is that every drop of raw material collected and fed into the re-refining facility will be recycled into useful products without any wastage. The terminal building is designed with green technology, in accordance with Leed’s platinum requirements. Upon completion, this will be the first building in the Sharjah emirate that will meet Leed's Platinum requirements for green buildings. The closed-loop system adapted by the Green Spring refining process, where the collected used oil is re-refined to produce quality base oil that later can be blended with superior additives to manufacture ECO premium engine oils, hydraulic oils, and automatic transmission fluids.
