Synergy Secures Complete Air Dive Spread Order for Oman Project
Synergy is proud to announce the successful award of a complete air dive spread from Masirah International for their upcoming project in Oman.

Decompression Chamber in DNV Offshore Container
The decompression chamber package has been designed as a fully self-contained, one-lift solution, with the container divided into three dedicated operational compartments:
Compartment 1
Fully plumbed Deck Decompression Chamber (DDC)
Chamber control panel
Compartment 2
Bauer high-pressure electric breathing air compressor
12-cylinder (50L × 200 bar) breathing air quad
Air management panel fully integrated and plumbed to the DDC
Compartment 3
12-cylinder oxygen quad recessed externally into the container
Fully plumbed to the DDC
This innovative design provides a complete, self-sustaining operational package, with both breathing air and oxygen integrated into a single container. The externally recessed oxygen quad allows for quick removal and efficient refilling when required.

10ft Containerised Dive Station
Each dive station includes:
1 × 3-diver control panels with integrated underwater cutting and welding controls
2 × 3-diver communication radios
3 × Diver underwater CCTV surface control units
4 monitors (one per diver plus one dedicated external CCTV monitor)
12-cylinder high-pressure breathing air quad bank, fully plumbed to the dive panel
Fully insulated and air-conditioned container
Two-diver scuba replacement unit

Colour-coded Diver 1 and Diver 2 systems with pneumo gauges

This project further demonstrates Synergy's capability to design, manufacture, and deliver complete, turnkey commercial diving systems that meet the demanding requirements of offshore and marine operations.

There is never a question of what is possible or not as far as design and engineering is required , Synergy will always do what we can to make it happen. Smit Lamnalco had an urgent requirement for 14 containers for their ongoing project in Neom, Saudi Arabia. They needed an ultra quick turnaround for the mobilization on this project, and Synergy were ready to raise to the challenge. All 14 containers delivered and mobilized to the Neom project, on time, as always

Containers delivered were

Rov personnel accommodation containers, insulated with split air conditioners

Workshop containers with workbenches, vice, workstation, tool station

Personnel accommodation containers, insulated with split air conditioners

Office containers with furniture, ready to use, insulated with split air conditioners

All containers were painted with Marine grade white paint, with Smit Lamnalco logos

Our large fabrication facilities are now capable of handling large volume heavy engineering jobs as per client requirements, from standard containers to offshore containers with Atex and Zone 2 requirements.

Synergy were awarded yet another contract (8th spread in 2024) to supply a complete offshore diving spread by Bermuda Subsea Services for their upcoming project in Malaysia. This spread once again showcased the growing popularity and quality of our diving spreads, now being used worldwide on many a diving project. The spread was painted in Bermuda colours with Bermuda Logo embossed on all the panels.

A big thank you to all our clients who have supported us , we are what we are because of you, an ever bigger thank you to the amazing staff at Synergy who have worked tirelessly to ensure delivery of quality diving equipment to requirements, meeting impossible deadlines , nothing would have been possible without their dedication and skill. We have had a rocking year, with highest turnover in our 15 years of operation. With an order log of dive spreads up to May 24 we are looking forward to yet another record year in 2024.
