Meet the Autel MaxiHVAC AC909—the advanced A/C and thermal management diagnostic system built to take vehicle climate service beyond recover, recycle, and recharge.
Modern A/C faults are not always caused by low refrigerant. The source may be a leak, excessive moisture, a restriction, a component fault, or an issue within the vehicle’s electronic controls. AC909 is designed to reveal the complete picture.
After identifying the vehicle and loading the correct A/C system specifications, AC909 brings together:
• Leak and system-tightness testing
• Refrigerant service
• Live vehicle data through OBD
• Pressure, temperature, and humidity measurements
• Guided diagnostics and repair verification
Sensor Fusion combines physical system measurements and live vehicle data on one graphical analysis screen, making it easier to understand system performance and isolate the true cause of a fault.
Dedicated tests support the diagnosis of the compressor, evaporator, condenser, metering device, and system blockages. Before recharging, nitrogen pressure testing confirms system tightness and helps detect leaks, while precision micron measurement verifies evacuation and moisture removal.
The system combines the AC909 tablet, MaxiFlash LVCI, a wireless 4-port manifold gauge, Bluetooth temperature clamps, and temperature and humidity probes. The Compressor Box and Refrigerant Scale are available as optional accessories.
