مع ختام احتفالاتنا بيوم المرأة الإماراتية على مدار شهر، نلقي الضوء على النساء اللواتي يواصلن بإصرارهن وخبراتهن وطموحاتهن إحداث أثر ملموس في مختلف أنحاء مجموعة NMDC.

NMDC Group organized Helicopter Sea Survival Training for its female workforce, using a realistic simulation to prepare participants to respond safely in the event of a helicopter emergency at sea.
The training covered emergency procedures, safe evacuation, the use of survival equipment, and the coordinated actions required to help participants evacuate and reach safety. Another moment in our month-long celebration of the women who make a difference across the Group.

نظمت مجموعة NMDC تدريباً على النجاة في البحر من حوادث المروحيات لكوادرها النسائية، من خلال محاكاة واقعية لتأهيل المشاركات للتعامل الآمن مع حالات الطوارئ التي قد تحدث أثناء العمليات البحرية.
وشمل التدريب إجراءات الطوارئ، والإخلاء الآمن، والاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات النجاة، والتصرف المنسق لضمان إخلاء جميع المشاركات ووصولهن إلى بر الأمان. ويأتي هذا التدريب ضمن احتفائنا على مدار الشهر بالمرأة وإسهاماتها في المجموعة.

إن اتساع دور المرأة في مختلف القطاعات لا يغيّر بيئة العمل فحسب، بل يسهم في توسيع الآفاق، ورفع سقف الطموحات، ودعم مسيرة التنمية في المجتمع.
وضمن احتفالات مجموعة NMDC بيوم المرأة الإماراتية على مدار شهر، عقدت المجموعة جلسة حوارية مع سعادة الدكتورة هدى المطروشي تناولت تنامي حضور المرأة في مختلف القطاعات، وأثر ذلك في دعم التنمية، وتوسيع الفرص، وإلهام الأجيال القادمة.
ويعكس هذا التقدم أيضاً أهمية التوازن الأسري، الذي يمثل محوراً رئيسياً لشعار عام الأسرة في دولة الإمارات، انطلاقاً من أن دعم تطور المرأة ومشاركتها يرتبط ارتباطاً وثيقاً ببناء أسر قوية ومتوازنة.
فمع تولّي المرأة أدواراً جديدة، وقيادتها في مجالات متنوعة، وإسهامها بخبراتها، تتسع أمام الأجيال القادمة مساحة ما يمكنهم تحقيقه.

The expanding role of women across industries is changing more than the workplace. It is expanding perspectives, raising aspirations, and contributing to the development of society.
As part of our one-month celebration of Emirati Women’s Day, NMDC Group held a session with H.E. Dr. Huda Al Matroushi to explore the growing presence of women across diverse industries and the impact this has on development, opportunity, and the generations that follow.
This progress also reflects the importance of family balance, a key focus of the UAE’s Year of the Family theme, recognizing that supporting women’s growth and participation goes hand in hand with strong and balanced families.
When women take on new roles, lead in different fields, and contribute their expertise, they help broaden what future generations see as possible.

تحت شعار هذا العام للاحتفاء بيوم المرأة الإماراتية «بنظهر الأقوى والأفضل»، تستعرض مجموعة NMDC على مدار شهر مجموعة من المبادرات التي تدعم تطور المرأة وتمكينها.
وضمن هذه المبادرات، نظمت مجموعة NMDC تدريباً على النجاة في البحر لكوادرها النسائية، تناول إجراءات التعامل مع حالات الطوارئ في المواقع البحرية والاستخدام الصحيح لمعدات النجاة الأساسية. ويهدف التدريب إلى تزويد المشاركات بالمعرفة العملية وتعزيز ثقتهن في التعامل بفعالية مع حالات الطوارئ البحرية، إلى جانب حصولهن على شهادات معتمدة عند إتمام التدريب.

Under this year’s Emirati Women’s Day theme, “We Emerge Stronger and Better,” NMDC Group highlights a month-long series of initiatives that support women’s development and empowerment.
As part of this series, NMDC Group organized sea survival training for its female workforce, covering offshore emergency procedures and the proper use of essential survival equipment. The training provides participants with practical knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in the event of an offshore emergency, along with recognised certification upon completion.
