EHAF is proud to be the team behind the architectural and engineering design, along with construction supervision, for Wasat Al Madinah in KSA. An ongoing project that is currently under construction.

Located within the Knowledge Economic City, the project is a major mixed-use development designed to create a vibrant urban destination that brings together retail, hospitality, residential, office, and entertainment components.

Set on a land area of 175,000 SQM with a total built up area of approximately 550,000 SQM, the development includes more than 253,700 SQM of retail space, alongside three main towers: a 4-star hotel with 350 keys, a residential and serviced apartment tower with 150 units, and a second 4-star hotel with 470 keys.

Through this comprehensive scope, EHAF is contributing to the delivery of this dynamic and well integrated urban hub that supports modern living and commercial activity in Al Madinah.
