Are you a skilled sourcing and procurement professional with strong supplier management, negotiation, and analytical abilities? Join CMETS Energy and contribute to building reliable local and global supplier networks while supporting efficient sourcing and procurement operations.

What You'll Do
* Develop and manage relationships with local and global suppliers.
* Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on technical and commercial requirements.
* Manage RFQs and coordinate technical and commercial evaluations.
* Support sourcing and procurement activities to ensure quality and value.
* Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, and commercial conditions.
* Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements and deliver effective procurement solutions.

What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
* Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
* MBA in Supply Chain or Business is an advantage.
* Experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor development.
* Strong local and global supplier development experience.
* Good understanding of RFQ and technical and commercial evaluation processes.
* Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and supplier management abilities.
