Data Entry Specialist (Short-Term / Summer Contract)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Duration: 2 Months (July & August)
Working Hours:
* Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
* Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Are you looking to gain valuable corporate experience during your summer break? We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team for a focused 2-month project. This opportunity is ideal for university and college students who want to strengthen their professional skills, build their resumes, and earn income before the academic year begins.
Key Responsibilities
* Input alphanumeric data from source documents into SAP ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and internal databases with speed and accuracy.
* Review, verify, and update records to maintain high levels of data integrity and consistency.
* Identify and correct data discrepancies, missing information, and formatting issues.
* Organize, sort, filter, and manage large datasets according to project requirements.
* Perform basic data cleansing activities, including removing duplicate records and standardizing information.
* Ensure all information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with company policies.
* Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy standards.
Qualifications & Skills
* Currently enrolled in a college or university program (preferred).
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, data formatting, and basic formulas.
* Familiarity with data entry processes; exposure to SAP ERP systems is an added advantage.
* Fast and accurate typing skills (50+ WPM preferred).
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
