Auto cross cuts

Consisting of Electro pneumatically control cross cuts machines with a 450 diameter.
60 teeth saw blade and a 2400 mm x 350 mm roller table both sides
Motor size 3 kw at 2850 Rpm
Batch Feeder to carry over conveyor

Consisting of one 14000 mm x 2200 mm x 900 mm high Chain conveyor driven by a 1.1 Kw geared motor with a 2200 mm x 900 mm live roller table, controlled by main Plc.

Carry over conveyor to 1st Profiler

Consisting of one 2400 mm x 1200 mm x 900 mm high seamless conveyor belt with a drive motor controlled by PLC.

Motor size 1.1 kw at 1490 Rpm

Carry over conveyor between 1st and 2nd Profiler (Clamping capacity from 300mm to 1200mm)

Consisting of Two profiler cutters with gluing applicators suitable for honeymoon glue

Two infeed roller tables of 1200 mm wide witch feed both cross and profile cutters, all controlled by main PLC
