Another large-scale pallet racking project completed by Pro2Call Racking.

This project included a total of 48 pallet racking bays, arranged as 24 bays back-to-back in a single row, creating 288 new pallet positions for the client’s Bond Store.

Project specifications included:

10 m² Two-Tier Structural Mezzanine Floor Installed

Another large-scale space optimisation project completed by Pro2Call Racking.

This project included a 110 m² two-tier structural mezzanine floor, designed to create additional usable space across both a bottom and top floor level within the client’s existing facility.

Project specifications included:

Bottom Floor: 72 m² Structural Mezzanine Floor

• Floor size: 8 400 mm L x 8 800 mm W
• Carrying capacity: 500 kg/m²
• Double 18 mm plywood flooring, 36 mm total
• Joists spaced at 610 mm centre to centre
• Straight-up staircase with landing: 4 725 mm x 1 000 mm
• 40-degree staircase angle
• Hand and knee rails supplied and installed
• One single sliding pallet gate included

Top Floor: 38 m² Structural Mezzanine Floor

• Floor size: 4 725 mm L x 8 800 mm W
• Carrying capacity: 500 kg/m²
• 21 mm plywood flooring
• Joists spaced at 610 mm centre to centre
• Straight-up staircase with landing: 2 825 mm x 1 000 mm
• 45-degree staircase angle
• Extra joists and cleats for stability
• Hand and knee rails supplied and installed

The structures were finished in dark grey.

The project scope included manufacturing, delivery, installation, and a structural engineer certificate on completion.

A strong and practical two-tier mezzanine solution designed to maximise vertical space and increase usable floor area without expanding the building footprint.
