The African Water Facility will participate at 2023 as part of the African Development Bank Group delegation led by Osward M Chanda, Bank director for Water Development and Sanitation and the African Water Facility.

Organised by SIWI - Stockholm International Water Institute, World Water Week is an annual event on water issues and attracts participants across the global water sector to develop solutions to the world’s greatest water-related challenges.

This year, the theme of the event is “Seeds of Change: Innovative Solutions for a Water-Wise World", and participants will rethink how we manage water alongside the ideas, innovations, and governance systems that are needed in a complex ecosystem with scare and unstable water resources.

African Water Facility will engage in the conference sessions, bilateral meetings and side events including the African Exhibition Pavilion which the Bank is co-hosting with the African Ministers' Council on Water (AMCOW).
