CONCRETE ROOF REPAIRS

Removed all membrane, sealant and torch on completely
Repaired 2 X major cracks
Removed existing screed around cracked areas
Wall stitched cracked areas using 8mm reinforcing bar
Attached reinforcing bar using Anchor lock
Screeded affected areas completely
Any minor cracks repaired using a waterproof crack filler
Screeded areas between main house roof and concrete roof in order to close all cavities
All screed and filler mixed with fibre plaster primer and bonding liquid
Prepared and cleaned concrete roof completely
Sprayed 1 X coat of silicone based spray seal
Entire area treated with 2 X coats Flex E Guard waterproofing slurry and treated with 2 X top coats liquid plastic and fibre mix.

Removed all existing palisades completely
Front boundary wall & boundary wall along neighbours side
Neighbour side: Supplied and installed with 20 X prefab slabs to match existing design
Supplied and installed with 10 X prefab upright posts
Posts diamond cut at a length of 850mm
Front boundary wall: Supplied and installed with 36 X prefab slabs flat top smooth finish
Supplied and installed with 17 X prefab upright posts
Posts diamond cut to a length of 550mm

All post extensions fitted with 30 X 30mm angle iron post supports, on left and right side of posts, at a length of 600mm

Posts and prefab slab joins filled with a plaster and river sand mix, floated to a smooth finish
All plaster mixed with a bonding additive

Supplied and installed with 27 X 50 X 50mm square tube Palisade support posts 1650mm L
Support posts mounted using M10 coach screws
All coach screws treated with anchor lock

Removed any additional steel not required from Palisade
Refitted Palisade panels completely
All panels welded to new upright posts
Panels modified and fitted according to wall levels
All affected areas were prepared and cleaned completely including all new steel
All new steel in affected areas treated with 2 X coats primer
All new prefab posts and slabs treated with a primer/sealer
Painted 2 x top coats colour heritage green
Outside of front boundary wall painted 2 x top coats colour brown.

ROOF REPAIRS
Resealed roof gulley in affected areas using a liquid plastic and membrane system
Sealed cavities between roof joins using a plaster and cement mixture mixed with a bonding additive and plaster fibre
Treated with 2 X coats liquid plastic
Resealed cement fibre boards along affected areas
Sealed fibre boards using a paintable sealant
and a waterproof crack filler
All filler mixed with a bonding additive
Painted 2 x top coats colour white
Repaired +-7 damaged roof tiles
Tiles repaired using a tile adhesive, fibre and bonding liquid mix
Treated with 2 X coats liquid plastic
Ridge cap repairs: Removed all loose and damaged mortar
Ridge caps refilled using a screed cement fibre and bonding additive mixture
Treated with 2 X top coats liquid plastic

CEILING REPAIRS
Affected damaged areas sanded down completely
All water damaged areas treated with 2 X coats damp seal
Cornices resealed completely using a paintable sealant
Entire ceiling and cornices treated with a primer coat
And painted with 2 X top coats colour white.
