CLEARVIEW SLIDING GATES

Manufactured and installed 2 X Clearview sliding gates
Clearview fence used

Solid panels: Supplied and installed with 9 X upright posts using 76 X 76 X 2mm square tube
Post foundations 300 X 300mm W X +-400mm Deep
Posts fitted with foundation supports
Stabilising supports fitted to gate posts 50 X 50 X 2mm square tube
Support foundations 300 X 300mm W X 300mm Deep including foundation supports
Installed 2 X stabilising supports to sliding gate side
Sliding gate rail manufactured using 76 X 50 X 2mm lip channel, 30 X 5mm angle iron, 16mm round bar +-12m
Lip channel fitted with foundation supports
Foundation 300mm W X 300mm Deep
All foundations to be filled with a concrete mix using a 32.5 ITE Cement, including gate motor foundations X 2 and turnstile foundation.

Outer frame: 76 X 50mm rectangular tube
Supplied and installed with 4 X swing gate hinges per gate
1 X Heavy duty Barrel type locking system per gate
Supplied and installed with padlock type locking system
Sprayed with 2 X coats Etch primer and 2 X top coats QD enamel

PATIO ROOF STRUCTURE

Removed all existing roof tiles
Removed all damaged wood brandering
Supplied and installed with 2 X 76 X 76mm upright posts
Posts mounted to ground surface using 100 X 100mm base plates
Base plates mounted using 4 X M8 raw bolts
Supplied and installed with 76 X 76mm horizontal roof support welded to posts
Supplied and installed with 40mm mounting brackets
Brackets welded to horizontal roof supports
Bolted to existing roof trusses
Existing roof trusses reinforced using M12 bolts, nuts and washers
Supplied and installed with new 38 x 38mm wood brandering tile supports
Supplied and installed with new 76 X 50mm gutter support
All new wood treated with 2 X coats of wood preservative
Treated with 2 X coats Etch primer and 2 x top coats
Refitted all roof tiles.

BARGE BOARDS

Removed all existing barge boards
Removed damaged wood brandering
Supplied and installed with new 38 x 38mm wood brandering including extra brandering supports
All new wood treated with a wood preservative
Suppli and installed with all new Eco Tuff barge boards
All barge boards and wood attached using galv coated screws
Barge boards painted 2 x top coats using Duram Roof Cote

PLASTERING AND PAINTING
Removed all water damaged plaster from walls including ceiling
All major cracks fitted with a plaster mesh
Minor cracks repaired using a waterproof crack filler
Removed all loose and damaged flaky paint from walls and ceiling
Replasterd all affected areas completely using a ITE32.5 cement
All plaster mixed with a Coprox waterproofing additive including bonding liquid and a plaster fibre
All newly plastered areas floated to a smooth finish
All filler sanded to a smooth finish
All newly plastered walls and ceiling areas including repaired areas treated with 2 X damp seal/primer
Painted concrete ceiling 2 X top coats colour white
Painted all walls using a Duram Flexi wall semi sheen
