This season's rain left more in the harvest than just grain.

Fines. Plant matter. Foreign material. Every load of it costs you at delivery.

And it isn't only dirt. Crop rotation means last season's plants come up as volunteers in this season's land — and the combine takes them with everything else. Soya beans in your maize. Sunflower in your soya. Under the grading regulations that's extraneous matter, and soya tolerates just 0.5% other grain before it counts against you.

Introducing the Armex MultiFlow HF1536 — a new high-frequency screening range, designed and built right here in South Africa.

✅ High-frequency screening for maize, soya and sunflower
✅ Separates unwanted seed from other crops — volunteers, rotation carry-over, w**d seed
✅ Cleaner product, without dropping throughput
✅ Wheeled chassis — work alongside the harvester, on the land
✅ Onboard power — fully self-contained, no external supply
✅ Also built for mining, sand and compost applications

The first units are in build now. End of September they go into real production trials — one screening agricultural product, one running at a sand mining operation in the Western Cape.

Real material. Real conditions. Real results.

Armex MultiFlow HF1536. Coming September 2026.

Vanjaar se reën het meer as net graan in die oes gelaat.

Fyn materiaal. Plantreste. Vreemde materiaal. Elke vrag daarvan kos jou by aflewering.

En dit is nie net vullis nie. Wisselbou beteken verlede seisoen se plante kom op as opslag in vanjaar se land — en die stroper vat dit saam. Sojabone in jou mielies. Sonneblom in jou sojabone.

✅ Eie kragbron — heeltemal selfstandig

Regte materiaal. Regte omstandighede. Regte resultate.

Armex MultiFlow HF1536. Vanaf September 2026.

⚙️ Consistent material. Higher throughput. Less downtime.

When production targets matter, your screening plant needs to deliver reliable, consistent performance—day after day.

Meet the ARMEX SC1536D2: a modular double-deck inclined vibrating screen engineered for demanding quarrying, mining, aggregate, sand processing and recycling applications across Southern Africa.

Designed with practicality, reliability and maintainability in mind, the SC1536D2 helps operators maximise plant efficiency by accurately separating material into multiple product fractions in a single pass.

Key Features:

✅ Up to 300 tonnes per hour production capacity*
✅ 5.4 m² effective screening area
✅ Three product fractions from a single pass
✅ Modular design for simplified plant layouts
✅ Standard locally available parts for easier maintenance
✅ Robust construction for demanding African operating conditions

Whether you're producing construction sand, aggregates, compost, topsoil or recycled materials, the right screening solution can improve product consistency, reduce rehandling and keep material flowing efficiently through your operation.

Proudly designed and manufactured in George, Western Cape. 🇿🇦

At ARMEX Equipment, we don't just supply machines—we partner with customers to optimise plant flow, improve screening efficiency and reduce costly downtime.

⚙️ Small adjustment. Big impact.

One of the biggest misconceptions in quarrying is that production efficiency comes from buying bigger equipment.

In reality, it often comes from fine-tuning the details.

After the first production runs at this sand quarry near Kleinkrantz, Wilderness, we analysed the material, measured the throughput and made a simple adjustment: changing to a **5 mm piano wire screen** to better match the customer’s production requirements.

The result?

✅ Better material classification
✅ Improved production efficiency
✅ A screening plant optimised for the job it’s actually doing

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in material handling. Every quarry is different. Every material behaves differently. That’s why understanding the application is just as important as building the machine.

At ARMEX Equipment, we don’t just manufacture screening plants—we work alongside our customers to fine-tune performance long after commissioning.

Because the best plant isn’t necessarily the biggest.

It’s the one that’s optimised for **your** operation.

⚒️ From workshop floor to working quarry.

Just a few weeks ago, this ARMEX SC1536D2 Modular Screening Plant was being assembled in our manufacturing facility in George. Today, it’s hard at work screening sand at a quarry near Kleinkrantz, Wilderness in the heart of the Garden Route.

Every bucket of raw material tells a story.

Loaders feed the plant.
The screen gets to work.
Oversized material is separated.
Usable sand moves forward.
Production keeps flowing.

It might look simple, but efficient material classification is one of the most important parts of any aggregate, sand mining or quarrying operation. The right screening solution improves product consistency, reduces waste, minimises rehandling and helps keep production targets on track.

For operators, the goal isn’t just moving material.

It’s creating a reliable flow that keeps customers supplied, equipment productive and downtime to a minimum.

That’s exactly what this modular screening plant was designed to do.

Built in George.
Working in the Garden Route.
