In January 2024, BMK Group was appointed by Dube TradePort Corporation to lead a strategic infrastructure upgrade across the Dube TradePort precinct — a nationally significant Special Economic Zone (SEZ) adjacent to King Shaka International Airport.
This project wasn’t just about rehabilitating roads — it was about reinforcing economic resilience, creating jobs, and empowering local businesses in one of South Africa’s most vital trade corridors.

* 24/7 traffic and OHS monitoring enabled safe, off-peak construction
Despite complex challenges, the project was delivered on time and within budget, with zero environmental or safety incidents — proof that infrastructure can be both innovative and inclusive.
