Engineering Solutions, LLC provides HVAC and plumbing consulting engineering design, building commissioning and retro-commissioning services. The firm was founded in 2012 with a vision of providing innovative professional engineering services to architects, owners, design build contractors, developers and municipalities. As a multi-discipline firm, we often partner with independent electrical and structural engineering firms to provide our clients with full MEP and structural design services.
Communication is one of the most important aspects of our business. Our clients need that communication to ensure their project is coordinated and completed on their schedule. We pride ourselves in being available, committing to project schedules and budgets and designing projects in an innovative and energy efficient manner. Our process of “thinking outside the box” by evaluating designs that employ building sustainability and energy conservation techniques helps to smooth the design and construction process. We review all aspects of the construction documents and/or existing conditions to guarantee a successful, well-coordinated project.
Our portfolio includes new and existing facility designs for educational buildings, university and institutional buildings, medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers, hospitals, commercial properties, religious facilities, banks, hospitality buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, natatoriums, restaurants and food service facilities, as well as military and governmental buildings.
As building construction cost rises and owners and architects deal with tightening building structures, it is the responsibility of the engineer to make sure the designs are constructible to avoid conflicts in the field. We strive to prevent conflicts before they happen.
