Today, we celebrate Dulce Blanco and her incredible 19-year journey with Belco- she has been with us since day one, starting as our receptionist and taking on everything from accounting and marketing to purchasing and HR—wherever help was needed, she stepped up.
Now, as our Chief Operating Officer, Dulce continues to be a driving force behind our success, leading with passion, expertise, and an unwavering commitment to our team.
