This triangular self-tapping hollow shaft is a miniature functional part for medical device fluid and gas control systems.
In terms of structure, it has dual types of threads, central hole and radial holes. Its small size and complex structure bring many machining difficulties. Thread forming, deep hole machining and surface treatment all need to meet strict medical industry standards, and deformation and burrs are common problems during production.
We use sliding head lathes to process this part. One-time clamping completes all machining steps, ensuring consistent precision. The equipment is well suited for small complex parts, with reliable performance.
