Project Success | Automotive Smart Factory 4.0 – Vietnam

AutologiQ.tech is proud to successfully deliver a digital inspection and testing solution for one of Vietnam’s leading automotive manufacturers at the vehicle final assembly testing line.

The customer previously relied on manual checklists, pen-and-paper data entry, and handwritten approvals—without real-time visibility or process control—leading to higher error risk and reduced cycle time.

By deploying our I-Reporter digital inspection platform, we fully connected and digitalized key automotive testing stations, including:
• Wheel alignment tester
• Headlamp / headlight alignment tester
• Brake tester
• Noise & sound level tester
• Tyre / wheel pressure tester
• Engine and powertrain testing equipment

Using TCP/IP communication, vision camera integration, and interlock-based process control, all test results are now captured automatically and in real time, with enforced process compliance.

Key outcomes:
