Industrial Engineering (Bekaert Management System Way of Working)

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Continuously supports the plant in rolling out and improving of the WoW modules in line with the global playbooks (visual KPI’s and performance dialogues, DILO/WILO, Standardization & 5S, GEMBA walks and problem solving)
• Guides the plant in implementing mini-companies and self steering teams in line with the global playbooks
• Ensures continuous improvement in the implementation of WoW by doing quarterly self assessments and by facilitating the 3-monthly TIP (Tactical Implementation Plan – if applicable) updates and a monthly follow-up
• Ensures the facilitation of all relevant changes in the WoW playbooks.
• Takes stock of the required training needs within the plant on way of working and ensures the planning and delivery in strong collaboration with local HR and the Manufacturing Academy
• Permanently operates as a coach on WoW within the plant towards all relevant functions with a focus on the shopfloor
• Shares and brings in best practices on WoW, follows up the implementation in the plant and promotes GPS
• Functions as plant point of contact of the Regional Change Agent WoW
• Participates in regional topical meetings
• Functions as the local GPD administrator.

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
***Document and record mangement system improvement
1. Sharepoint BDMS management systerm maintain in Plant
2. QA document control, including index ,released document ans so on in Plant
3. External document management in Plant
4. Make and carry the document and record management audit vs audit plan in Plant
5. Push and follow NC raised in document and record management audit in Plant
Performance indicator: NC Closed ratio,Times of unintended document used

***Plant Document implementation
1. Send the Plant document release notification to related persons in Plant
2. Follow up the feedback from the related persons in Plant
3. Follow the local document change in Plant
4. Make and carry the document and record management audit vs audit plan, follow up the NC in Plant
Performance indicator: Implementation ratio

***NC follow up
Scope: 1st party audit, second party audit, thrid party audit
1. Attend the NC analysis meeting in Plant
2.Push the owner of action plan for NC to finish the action plan timely
3.Collect improvement evidences and update the status of NC improvement in Plant
4. Provide NC improvement evidences timely in Plant
Performance indicator: NC Closed ratio, Action plans completion on time, Action plans completion on time;

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
***Education and Experience:
- College degree or above.
- At least 2+ years experience on QMS, familiar with IATF16949 is preferred;
- Automotive industry experience is preferred.

***Special qualifications or critical experience:
- Good English skill in writing

- Analytical and logical thinker;

Customer Account Officer

* PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Manages all customers’ orders, and coordinates it with planner/production. Ensure all customer requirements as well as complaints are addressed accordingly.

* JOB DESCRIPTION:
I. Minimize delay of shipment by correct arrangement of order administration and good coordination with production and laboratory:
1. Prepare shipping/delivery documents for all customers timely and correctly
2. Update lot schedule/delivery schedule (ex. Delivery date changing base on customer requirement)
3. To update shipping schedule for every export customers and sent to each customer
4. Update sales forecast and amount enquiry from customer in PPC files before weekly sales meeting
5. Attend planning meeting for customer subject follow up
Performance indicators : FG are sent to customers timely and correctly according to customer's specification.

II. Fulfill customers needs:
1. Check and follow up emails from customer, supplier or sales agent regarding orders, complaint (if any), or others requirement
2. Handle/Follow Up Customers requirements and enquiries
Performance indicators : FG are sent to customers according to their specifications.

III. Prepare necessary documents for Audit purpose (ex. Customer, Internal and External Audit):
1. Making SOP/Sales Procedures needed for ISO requirements
2. Follow up audit findings and closed it in time
3. Ensure they are implemented properly
Performance indicators : Updated and comply to the procedure.

IV. Create several reports related to sales activities:
1. Create actual sales report taken from SAP and reconcile with OPS
2. Create Delivery Performance, Service degree report from SAP and figure to be distributed to Tech.& Service Mgr. and Production Mgr
Performance indicators : Reports are made timely and traceable.

V. Create several documents to be sent to customers and good coordination with Finance Department:
1. Create Order Confirmation for every customer order in SAP and send to them
2. Create/Prepare Sales Invoices correctly and timely (for Customers + Accounting)
3. Prepare Exp. Docs. (to support Fin. Dept for claims our guarantee on Import Duty that we've paid)
4. To sent Invoices to the customers (to billed the Sales that have done)
5. To follow up AR outstandings (if any) with customers based on AR follow up procedure.
Performance indicators : All documents sent to customers are complete and no outstanding AR.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree in Economy, Accounting, or Logistis with 2-3 years experience in internal sales or logistics
2. Good service mind and proactively
3. Well organized, have a high sense of urgency and work very independently
4. Excellent in SAP or other ERP software is an advantage
5. Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with MS. Office.
