PEB Steel buildings are designed in compliance with the latest design and building codes (IBC 2006, MBMA 2006, AISC 2005, AWS 2006) ;Fabricated in 4 modern factories equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology, including fully automated, sub-merged arc welding lines from Lincoln, USA. PEB Steel has 4 fabrication facilities (including three factories in Viet Nam, one factory in India ) that boast a capacity of more than 120,000 metric tons of complete pre-engineered buildings per annum. This enables PEB Steel to deliver its buildings in a very short time and, thanks to economies-of-scale, at very competitive prices

PRE-ENGINEERED BUILDINGS COMPONENTS

A Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) is a steel shell utilizing three distinct product categories:
• Built-up "I" shaped primary structural framing members (columns and rafters).
• Cold-formed "Z" and "C" shaped secondary structural members (roof purlins, eave struts and wall girts).
• Roll formed profiled sheeting (roof an wall panels).
• PEB Steel offers a special roof system which is leak proof and rust resistant and is particularly designed for high rain fall areas called LOK-SEAM®.
• our screw based roof system has a very special feature, the screws are punched on the high rib of the sheet instead of valley.
•Nippon Steel has newly developed a roof sheeting highly effective against corrosion in high humidity areas called Silver 180®.
•PEB Steel offers Purlins and Girts galvanized up to 350 gr/m2 of zinc coating which is not offered by any other international supplier in Pakistan.
•PEB Steel recommends all primary members (columns and rafters) blasted up to Swedish Standards SA2.
•PEB Steel Recommends Plastic Laminated Pre-painted Aluzinc Coated Steel Gutters specially designed to withstand high rain falls.
•PEB Steel offers 10 Years Structural Warranty for steel buildings.
•Due to the above mentioned standards and procedures PEB Steel Structures require very low maintenance for roof and other structural members.
