Founded in 2010, ZPI is a group of paranormal investigators that investigate commercial and residential properties for suspected paranormal activity. We employ scientific methods, and utilize various types of equipment to determine/confirm whether a given location is experiencing paranormal phenomena or simply natural phenomena. Our core team and auxillary members are made up of skeptics as well
as beilievers and sensitives. We utilize experts in various fields such as construction, electrical/plumbing, etc. as needed to rule out possible normal phenomena for an explantation of seemingly paranormal events. Our team seeks to debunk suspected paranormal activity by trying to come up with a normal explanation for the occuring events first, before deeming a location haunted. We do not employ demonologists, nor do we seek to conjure spirits nor exorcise them. Our mission is to simply try to confirm or debunk the presence of paranormal phenomena in the case where it is suspected.
