Last evening, C.S. Davidson held a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony and Open House to celebrate the opening of its relocated Lancaster office at 322 N. Arch St.

"After 20 years at the W. James St. location, we needed a larger space to accommodate our growing staff. This move reflects our unwavering commitment to engineering better communities. The new Lancaster space is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a stronger future for our team and the communities we serve," said Kerryn Fulton, PE, CEO.

C.S. Davidson designs a bridge to discovery at Buttonwood Nature Center

The bridge needed to support school buses and heavy construction vehicles, maintain access for neighboring farms, and comply with environmental regulations for a wild trout stream. The goal was to preserve as much of the natural landscape as possible while the bridge served as part of a shared access route, requiring close coordination with farmers and other residents.

Cameron Smoker joins us as a CAD Tech and will be part of our Civil Team in our York Office.

We’re also excited to welcome Levi Warner as an Inspector. Levi brings 10 years of construction experience and will serve the Gettysburg/Upper Allen region.

"Hiring Dr. Scott Hamilton is where it all began," said Kerryn Fulton, PE, CEO, CSD. As they say, the rest is history.

In 2016, Kerryn was part of the York College of PA (YCP) Industry Advisory team that had the honor of bringing on Dr. Hamilton to build and lead the new civil engineering program at YCP. "We worked together to develop a strong internship pipeline of civil engineering students at CSD. For many who completed their educational co-ops with us, this led to full-time employment with our Firm," explained Kerryn.

Sabrina Vicente, EIT (left), and Paul Pope, III, EIT (right), are two of the first class of students to graduate from the program. They interned with CSD and have been full-time staff since. "They are a true testament of Dr. Hamilton's leadership and the quality of York College's civil engineering program," shared Kerryn. "Sabrina and Paul continue to shine at CSD, and we are grateful for the opportunity to continue to invest in them."

"We wish Dr. Hamilton all the best in his future endeavors. He will be missed," said Kerryn.

Please join us in welcoming Todd Smoker and Adam Rippeon to the CSD team!

Todd will be joining us as a Survey Technician. He brings more than 20 years of surveying experience, and we are excited to have his knowledge and expertise on our team.

We would also like to welcome back Adam Rippeon, who will be returning to the drafting team as a CAD Technician.

We are excited to have you both on the CSD team and look forward to all you will bring to the company!
