To say the least i appreciate anyone who has supported us through this journey and all the growers we have done business with and who continue to do business with us!! Psa:::: We will have a tree minimum due to the fact that moving equipment for 5 trees is not very efficient. Although, we encourage you to reach out to us in case we are in your area!

I so messed up today. For years I've been trying to duplicate my Dad's un-published roasted pecan recipe. Its a perfect roast at just the right temperature for just the right period of time. Following by a bath of seasonings. Like salt and Worchester. And 11 other herbs and spices. And today I got it right. And didn't write it down.

Today I'm going to roast a few pecans and lightly season them with a little salt and maybe a little Worcester sauce. My Dad loved his pecans.

If there is one thing I have learned from my wife. It is when she says this is horrible. What she really means is that is not what her mom and my mom made. This was her second try. and I'm still enjoying the first. She wanted to throw both away. And I am so glad she doesn't have FB. Because ....
