Johnson's Portable Sawmill Service Turning your dreams into reality, one log at a time. We are a locally owned sawmill service, serving Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky.

We travel onsite to perform the work so you don't need to deliver logs. We will perform a site visit to see what logs you have and identify an ideal location for the work area, including mill, logs, and milled lumber stacks. At that time, we can discuss what you want from the logs you have. From there, we'll schedule a time and provide an estimate of the length for the overall project. Though we e

xpect the customer to have the ability to move the logs and milled lumber, we can provide the equipment and labor for an extra cost. We can mill up to a 21' log at 36" diameter. Our services include:
- Custom milling onsite
- Live edge slabs
- Dimensional lumber
- Barn pattern packages
- Wall pattern packages
