World Wetlands Day is an opportunity to recognize the vital role wetlands play in protecting water quality, reducing flooding, supporting wildlife, and strengthening our communities. At LANDTECH, we’re proud of our long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship, having helped protect, restore, and enhance more than 100,000 acres of wetlands through projects across the region.

We’re excited to be wrapping up Phase I of this exciting community project with Wakeman Town Farm. The pond is poised to become a valuable asset for the farm and the community!

“A significant amount of time and expertise was donated by LandTech, a Westport-based site/civil/environmental engineering firm, to perform a bathymetric survey of the pond and its surrounding property.”

The first phase of the restoration project was completed with help from a Patagonia environmental grant.

Earlier this month, LANDTECH had the honor of being a sponsor for the second annual gala hosted by the Westport Police Athletic League, dedicated to honoring the Romano Family. The funds generated during this wonderful event will contribute to the reconstruction of the clubhouse at PJ Romano field, a project collaboratively designed by Bruce Beinfield of Beinfield Architecture, with LANDTECH serving as the site/civil engineers.

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the Westport PAL for orchestrating a great event and express our admiration for the Romano family's exceptional 60+ years of dedicated community service to youth sports in Westport!

I scream, you scream, we all scream for…engineered ice cream?!

Join us at The Great Duck Race hosted by Westport Rotary this weekend, Saturday June 24, at 1pm on Jesup Green.

Children will have a chance to ‘engineer’ their own bridge (with Legos) over the ‘LANDTECH River’ and receive one free scoop of ice cream from Saugatuck Sweets.

The Fun Faire is absolutely free for everyone, while the raffle money goes 100% to charity.

Just another week at LANDTECH. . . We think we have a great team at LANDTECH but we are biased. Apparently, others seem to feel similarly. In the past 2 weeks our Team members and even their family members were recognized for their service to the local and state Community. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to making a positive impact has not only benefited LANDTECH but also many in the community. Join us in celebrating their achievements!
