Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscaper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working outdoors, a keen eye for design, and the physical stamina to handle a variety of landscaping tasks. As a Landscaper, you will play a crucial role in installing, and maintaining landscapes for our residential, commercial, and public clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Plant trees, shrubs, flowers, and grass; install hardscapes such as walkways, patios, and water features.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and w**d control.
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Follow all safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
-Experience:Previous experience in landscaping or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and gardening techniques
- Proficiency with landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sense
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Capability to perform physical labor for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
