We’re looking for an experienced fabricator or welder to support structural, heavy civil, marine, and industrial projects. This is not production welding and not an entry-level position. Our work consists of one-off and short-run assemblies that must fit correctly, perform as intended, and survive real world use.
You’ll be expected to read drawings, fit your own work, understand weld prep and sequence, and bring solutions to identified issues.
What you’ll be working on:
Structural steel and heavy assemblies
Bridge, marine, and infrastructure related components
Heavy equipment and specialty repair work
Complex, non-repetitive fabrication projects
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret fabrication and assembly drawings
Fit, weld, and finish parts accurately
Work with heavy material and tight tolerances
Understand distortion, weld sequence, and access
Identify issues and communicate them before they become problems
Take ownership of the quality of your work
This job is not for you if:

Qualifications:
Strong welding skills, structural experience preferred, and able to certify to AWS D1.1
Ability to read and work from drawings
Experience fitting and fabricating steel assemblies
Comfortable working with heavy material
Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
