I received a call regarding a vehicle safety inspection and was told the car was scary to drive. I found that all four shocks and struts were blown out and the rear track bar was rusted with a lot of play. (Please know where your wheel lock key is; this customer did not know what that was and never received one when they bought the car, but I was able to remove them without issue.) Since the repairs have been done, the customer has been very happy.

The customer stated their truck keeps cranking after they let go of the key until the battery dies. I thought for sure it was a bad solenoid on the starter, but I found a leftover bolt in the starter not allowing the starter Bendix to return home. The weird part is that all the bolts were still in the flex plate and nothing was missing, but in the end, it is fixed and back up with no issues.

2013 Chevy Cruze. Hit a pothole and the window dropped inside the door. The cable broke on the window regulator.

This Infiniti came in for straight pipes to be welded in, the driver's seat to be fixed, and the rear brakes to be cleaned and adjusted; the check engine light was on due to oil filling the spark plug holes, and the plugs were long overdue. The car is coming back for more work.

2015 ford f350. I received a call on an emergency brake job that the brakes were grinding and truck was hard to stop. Found both from calipers were locked up, right rear pin was sticking and when I was replacing the front rotors I have pitting in the bearings. Replaced all 4 pads and rotors along with 2 cailpers and new bearings drives like new. Thank you

The 08 Ford Fusion came in for a check engine light; I found a misfire, the spark plugs were way out of spec, and I performed a fuel injector cleaning. I replaced the A/C condenser and radiator, broke the T-fitting as seen in the pictures, and could not find one anywhere until the last minute. I put a lot of time into this job but got it wrapped up quickly.
