In effort to lower lead times on sway bars, we have been working to get setup to do all of our surface finishing in house. This month we expanded to doing our own ceramic coating in house.

Below is a picture of our 608 series 1-1/2 diameter sway bars with the new coating on them. This coating is designed to not only protect the surface from corrosion, but to reduce friction.

Coating is optional for all sway bars and arms.

Our goal with these new pillow blocks is to reduce weight and friction while offering a better look than our 605B pillow block. With a bolt spacing ranging from 3" to 3-3/4", these pillow blocks are the perfect solution for mounting your sway bar.
