Today, the winner of “Ride to School with a Police Officer” in this year’s Trivia Night Silent Auction had his wish fulfilled! To say his class was excited to greet him would be a massive understatement! What this video doesn’t show is Officer Hudson bringing donuts to Otto’s entire family, and even offering to give sister and mom a ride to school as well. We now know why West students excitedly yell “OFFICER HUDSON!!!” as soon as he walks into the school building.
We thank Officer Hudson, and the entire Washington Police Department, for their donation to our Trivia Night. Words cannot express our gratitude for what you do for our community, and for our students.
