Well last week was a super rough one for me, I had to say goodbye to my right hand man for the last 11 years, Tig was the best dog and although I wish his time here was longer and that he could’ve been around for Oakley growing up more I can’t be mad looking back at all the memories and good times we had together, love you buddy and glad you’re not suffering anymore.

Well Baja got the best of me on my pre run, sneaky rock in a tree shadow had me doing cartwheels before I even knew what was going on, lucky to not have anything broken just a torn ac ligament in my shoulder, some bruised ribs and somehow I didn’t get knocked out, so now I’m just going to be the highway honcho for the team to at least get on the bike but sad to miss my section through San Felipe. Luckily we found a fill in rider to make our logistics the same for rider swaps. This is still going to be one for the books and I’d like to give a shout out to all that made this effort possible, and my wife and new little baby girl at home.
