Coaches are doing the best they can with the time, gym space, and resources they’re given. No program is perfect, but most coaches are showing up with good intentions and a real commitment to your athlete.
If you feel that’s not happening, there are proper ways to address it.
Being confrontational—publicly or privately—is not one of them. It rarely leads to solutions and almost never ends well.
Progress happens through respectful conversations, clear communication, and an understanding of both perspectives: the athlete’s experience and the coach’s constraints.
Let’s model the behavior we want our athletes to carry with them—
respect, accountability, and growth.
Strong programs are built through partnership, not conflict.
I’m tagging clubs who can post if they want to!
